My piece, A Blessing in Disguise, was accepted for publication in 2010 by Thin Thread Stories.
This is a personal experience piece about having to deal with my
husband's being laid off shortly after moving in to our new home and my
own diagnosis of cancer during that time. It relates how I dealt with
it, and how we survived.

Attended the Willamette
Writers Conference and pitched my memoir. One agent liked the idea and I'm hoping to hear back from him sometime, soon I hope.
